Office of Agency Support is the least visible to the general public, but is perhaps the most critical of the three offices. The members of the Office of Agency Support provide the backbone for the other offices and programs. This includes not only fiscal and personnel functions but also the information technology (IT) administrative support. This office supports the Commission in carrying out directives and policies. It also leads and coordinates all legislative efforts important to the deaf and hard of hearing communities.
